Here’s a rundown of this past week and our service elements. Go here to get the song list. The first video is a support piece we used behind the band and the song “Solution” by Hillsong United. Last night our volunteers and key leaders gathered at our new Matthews Campus to pray over the space in anticipation of what God is going to do there. I was blown away by what God has already done at our Matthews Campus through worship and prayer last night. This building will be cutting edge in technology and creativity. However, last night we started out on the right foot. Regardless of what the building will have in it technology wise, in fact wipe all that away… because this building is going to represent a vision of seeing people far from God being filled with life in Christ! At the end of the day… that is the only reason we exist. Our new campus is coming early fall 2009!

Are you a video editor? or… ever wonder how they made that video look like they did? Wanted to show you a video clip of Pastor Steven Furtick before and after post production. You obviously want good raw video… but then you want to add a little something else to it. Here is an idea for you to look at. The clip on the right is raw footage off the camera and the clip on the left is after post production.

Notice how the color of the clip on the left has more pop to it. The video on the right has a dull look. Increase the contrast of your video just a bit. Darken up your edges a little bit, play around with the saturation, and create some depth with your focus point. Enjoy…
